What we did
Interior Design
When the original trailblazers of social gaming came to Shed for their first new project in over 10 years, we knew it was all about navigating an evolving market. With a site waiting in the iconic Battersea Power Station, the game was set for a seminal brand relaunch, re-establishing Bounce as the industry leaders once more.
As a once emerging market matured around them, Bounce found themselves in a sea of imitators. The brief was simple: stand out from the crowd by establishing their position as the premium social gaming destination.
A clean and fresh aesthetic that still has all the buzzy feels of a night out. The industrial quirks of the Power Station’s legacy live on, in this playful, abstract ping pong world. By staying true to Bounce’s sporting origins, the result is not only authentic, but instantly recognisable, within the market. Imitators stand down…. Game, set match.

The approach
The approach was simple, a bold play between the quirky joy of ping pong and premium hospitality cues. The result: a clean and fresh aesthetic that has all the buzzy feels of a night out.
Elevate the sport of ping pong. It's chic parlour game origins of old, made playful and relevant for today.
Design Details
The interior was designed around ownable graphic details. Sporting references are plentiful; from the iconic floor lines, which morph into custom timber panelling, to grid check banquettes and white penny tile finishes.
Bold geometric patterns and striking colour blocking techniques have Bounce’s name written all of them.
Bathroom & Bar Design
The bathrooms are a play on the two sides of a bat, a bold back and forth of colour repeat. Even the show-stopping bar was gamified, a court for drinking and socialising in equal measure. The most important game of the night.
Gamifying the experience. From the instantly recognisable sport hall flooring and ‘court’ bar, to the often overlooked bathrooms. Overlooked no more.
